These are the rights for all children in foster care between the ages of 14 and 17 years old who are placed with a caregiver or in a group home. This brochure also includes what you can expect from the Department of Children and Families and the case management agency whileyou are in foster care.
Youth 13 and Under
This brochure describes what you can expect from the Department of Children and Families and the case management agency while you are in foster care. Some of these expectations may not apply based on age and/or developmental level.
